Wear comfortable, stretchy activewear that allows full movement and bring your own mat if possible (or use a studio mat where available). A water bottle, towel and arrival a few minutes early are also recommended. If you join virtually, make sure your space is clear, your camera and microphone work, and you have a stable internet connection.
